Carma Adventures’ Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Carma Adventures. By using our website and purchasing our products or services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully, as they form a legally binding contract between you and Carma Adventures LLP. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.

1. Our Services & Professional Status

Carma Adventures LLP provides digital travel blueprints, curated guides, and bespoke travel consultancy.

  • No Agency Status: Carma Adventures LLP is not a travel agency or a tour operator. We do not book flights, hotels, or transport on your behalf, nor do we handle your payments to these providers.

  • Bookings: We provide the plan, ideas, and recommendations, which you are under no obligation to use. All reservations must be made by you directly.

  • Third-Party Contracts: Any contract for travel services (flights, accommodation, insurance, etc.) is strictly between you and the third-party service provider.

  • Liability: We provide information for inspirational and planning purposes; all travel is undertaken at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carma Adventures LLP is not liable for any injury, loss, or travel disruption.

2. Intellectual Property

All Digital Guides, Custom Google Maps, and bespoke Itineraries are the intellectual property of Carma Adventures LLP.

  • License: Your purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial license for your private use.

  • Restrictions: You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or share these files or links with any third party.

3. Custom Travel Planning + Itinerary Services & Re-planning Fee

We begin the research and curation phase of your bespoke itinerary immediately upon purchase.

  • Travel Style Check: You are required to submit your "Travel Style Check Form" within 24 hours of purchase. Delays in form submission will result in a corresponding delay in your itinerary delivery.

  • Destination Re-planning: If you decide to change your destination(s) after our research phase has begun (24 hours after purchase), this is treated as a new project.

  • The Fee: A Destination Re-planning Fee (equal to 60% of the original service fee) will be charged to cover the additional detailed research required for the new location(s).

4. Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital and personalised nature of our products, Carma Adventures LLP operates a strict no-refund, no-cancellation, and no-exchange policy.

  • Digital Downloads (Guides & Maps): Under UK Consumer Law, your right to a 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital content once access or download has started. By completing your purchase, you provide express consent for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right to a refund.

  • Bespoke Services: Custom Itineraries and Travel Support are exempt from cancellation rights because our team begins work immediately to meet your travel dates.

  • Donations & Locked Content: All donations, tips, and fees for exclusive "Locked Messages" or social content are non-refundable.

  • Faulty Content: If a digital file is technically corrupt, we will replace it. Refunds are only considered if we are unable to provide a working version of the digital product.

  • Third-Party Refunds: We cannot issue refunds for services booked via third-party providers (e.g., hotels or airlines). You must contact those providers directly regarding their own policies.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
